After over 13 years working with global corporations such as Abercrombie & Fitch and Lululemon, Luciana Stiglich experienced firsthand the toll that high-pressure leadership can take on personal wellbeing.
The fragmentation between personal wellbeing and professional success led her to explore meditation, health coaching, and other paths to sustainable leadership.
What began as a personal journey became a professional calling. For the past 10 years, Luciana has supported corporate leaders worldwide in creating life-work strategies aligned with their values and needs, and restoring wellbeing without compromising excellence.
With over 20 years of combined experience in international corporate leadership and integrative well-being, Luciana founded ŠTIGLIĆ to bridge the personal and professional, supporting her clients in becoming changemakers in their organisations and communities.
